validating feelings bible - Spreadshirt shop not updating

More choice may even harm sales if the way of implementation of more choice confuses potential customers.

spreadshirt shop not updating-50

It can obviously be done for Gildan Standard Weight, but the choice to do so is continually being held back.

I personally bought one of my own shirts for a few of these shirt types - I do not see ANY difference between Gildan Standard and Heavyweight aside from the huge price jump.

I agree, more colors is very desirable from the artists point of view.

But since there are things like costs per shirt including storage costs as well as losses from non-sellers due to fashion trends and a few other strong economic reasons that keeps spreadshirt from offering more colors.

the most profitable avenue for all of us (the community spreadshirt) would be for Gildan Standard, so that newbies can start selling at under $20, still make a profit, and everyone is happy. Colors that fall out of favor can simply be sold down and then dropped as needed, with trendy new ones added as needed. It only means, that your storage space is filled with materials instead of printed shirts.

In the long run, it would keep people on Spreadshirt instead of giving up or looking toward local print shops to save on production costs ^^^^ THIS, right here! We need a good color selection in Gildan standard-weight! And, they're ALREADY DOING lots of colors for the much more expensive shirts, so there's no reason they can't do it for Gildans too. In order to deliver fast you need to keep stock of your raw material. There are only so much cubic meters, which you don't want to clutter with outdated stuff. As for my last point - no the average human brain can only deal with 7 items, 8 the most, after that we need to group. Too much choice might have a number of customers dabble in colors 'til they lost focus, get frustrated or bored and leave the site without buying anything. Since I haven't tested the effects or seen reports of such a tests I can't be certain, but read enough on commercial site optimization and worked in the field, not to dismiss the possibility.. What puzzles me is that they're already doing the many-colors thing for lots of their products, which proves that any and all problems associated with doing it (logistics, storage, "customer confusion" issues due to too many color chips, etc.) can't be too bad.

Hello, Yes, we will be updating all of the product images with the label removed.

This will not be done until we are utilizing the stock without the label. Will keep you all posted on any and all updates concerning this.

I guess its a win in one respect but still a loss in another.

I guess it's a win in one respect but still a loss in another.

In the long run, it would keep people on Spreadshirt instead of giving up or looking toward local print shops to save on production costs; because, let's face it, that is the ultimate alternative to really taking off with your brand if all of your planets are already aligned.
