I've used AXIS cameras before and they were reasonable. Even if the server is down, and I am usually working via cellular providers, the USB connection from the computer is still running the cameras on Vision GS software.

I have hit below -20 Celsius and still uploading stills.

This software provides recording a video in avi format.

I don’t know about you but I really hate it when you wanna bust a nut to one of these adult cam websites and you’re fumbling around trying to grab a credit card or searching for one that’s legit AND has hot chicks working on them. There’s a harsh truth that most guys are unaware of…. 99% of these sites are FAKE as hell and completely suck.

Since you want to post it to your website (not realtime) then one that has a higher resolution would be fine. You may find an all in one camera that takes care of all this for you and meets your requirements. Although they are not as powerful as the ones shown here. Some cameras let you set them up so that they will cover particularly sensitive areas with like a grey box. I home build weatherproof cases ventilated, with no heat and have broadcast from very hot temperatures in the Caribbean to subzero temps in Ontario Canada.

A fixed focal length camera with a wide angle lens may be what you're after if you want to just get a broad picture. If you want a good quality picture go for one designed for the security market rather than the home market. You probably won't need that but I'm just putting it in here for completeness in case someone else has that very need. It's generally a function of cameras designed for the security market. Just for completeness sake, lets say you've got it in a place where there are volatiles. The trick I found, my cams work without heat because they are never shut down.Although you can use any brand, Pelco are what I'm personally familiar with. Running cable is always best but you can do wireless (point to point) or cable. I would suggest if you can run some cable with POE for power that would be the best option.2) Heating (during winter) As many webcams don't work too well below freezing you may need some sort of heating. little heat pads that prevent the camera from getting too cold and causing it to malfunction or shut down. HBPRO-601HB Outdoor CCTV Camera Housing, Built in Heater/Blower, 24VAC Not that I'm recommending this particular case. Otherwise you could even go solar or wind turbine with a wifi point to point link if this thing is remote. Some cameras are advertised as outdoor already - but check the operating temp range! This type of thing is what you should be looking at.is traditionally the term that is used for cameras that have more "smarts" and connect to the internet directly.
